Terms and conditions Overview 1. Villa rental rates quoted by Lamariona.com, are on a per night basis. Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, with check-out by 11:00 am on the day of departure. A minimum of a 6 night stay (7 days) is required. 2. Rates quoted allow for maximum occupancy (9 plus a baby) of the villa as shown on the web site. Additional guests will be subject to a per person, per day surcharge. The villa is fully equipped and furnished and supplied with most of the kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery that you will need. (see note 11 below) 3. On your arrival our staff will hide the keys in the garden. You will be given full instructions where to find those keys. In the event of any emergencies ring 0044 7977 219164. Not included 4. Rates do not include telephone and fax charges, personal items and expenses, and any excessive cleaning required upon departure (such as upholstery or rug shampooing, etc). Reservations and payments 5. Payment of your computed rent for the period of occupancy will be made via Worldpay using your credit or debit card. An additional ?100 will be added to your payment as a deposit against damage. On inspection by our staff at the end of your occupancy and, assuming there has been no damage or breakages, this amount will be fully refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your stay. 6. All rates for accommodation in La Mariona are quoted in sterling. 7. In the unlikely case that anything should go wrong and you have a justified claim, you can always request a refund through your credit card company. The fact that Lamariona.com 's charges are processed by all major credit card companies, demonstrates Lamariona.com's good track record. All credit card issuers would refuse to do business with Lamariona.com if this would create any problems for them. Change of booking 8. A 50 Euro administration fee will be charged by Lamariona.com for any change of booking after a Confirmation has been issued. Changes cannot be made later than 45 days before arrival, and acceptance of any change is subject to our written approval. Cancellations and refunds 9. Cancellation of a booking at any time may result in forfeiture of payments made. 10. Refund of monies paid for villa rental and services will be made only under the following circumstances: a) La Mariona becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent replacement villa can be obtained. This qualifies for a 100% refund; b) The villa is re-booked by another party for the period of the initial booking. If only a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. Any rental payments which qualify for a refund, whether in whole or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction of a 15% administration fee. Liability 11. Under no circumstances shall Lamariona.com be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim or injury either directly or indirectly, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described or substituted, or by reason of terrorist or military action, riots, revolution, insurgency, civil war, adverse government action or inaction or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein or as substituted. If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, Lamariona.com will act at all times in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to or better than those originally contracted. Lamariona.com at their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services. Lamariona.com will do its upmost to provide and maintain a clean swimming pool, chairs and loungers, working TV and HI FI, working white goods and sufficient kitchen utensils, however it will not accept any liability or make any compensation if these items are not available or not working during the period of villa occupation and such problems will not give cause to the client claiming the villa is uninhabitable. The same is true of water, electric or other utility which may for whatever reason not be available during occupation. The owner does however agree to use his upmost endeavours to correct any such problems as soon as the client notifies him of them. lamariona.com and its owners makes the premises and all facilities in or around the premises available to the client on the condition that lamariona.com and its owner accept no liability for any damage or injury sustained as a result of the client using those facilities and all such facilities are used at the clients own risk.
